SHIPPING AND HANDLING
How long is shipping?
We ship to the United States and internationally, unless stated otherwise on our page. All items are pre-made and ready to ship, and orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
For sanitary reasons, all clothing items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if an error was made on our part (for example, you received the wrong item, size, or a defective product). In that case, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
